500g meat (any)
4 tomatoes (250g)
1. Wash 500g meat in a bowl and mix 40g Nimkish Meat Curry Masala, 6 tbsp oil and 4 (300g) crushed tomatoes in it properly.
2. Put the mixture in a cooker/pan and sauté on low heat until oil separates.
3. Add 1.5 cups (450ml) of water, close the lid and cook on high heat. After first whistle cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the stove and let the steam release from the cooker.
Open the lid and garnish with fresh coriander.
If cooking in a pan, let the meat simmer on low heat for 30 – 40 minutes or until it’s tender and cooked through.
