Makes: 250g Paneer
5 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp cream (optional)
Marinate - Cut 250g paneer along with 1 capsicum and 1 onion, in square shaped cubes. In a bowl, mix - 5 tbsp hung curd, 2 tbsp cream and 30g Nimkish Paneer Tikka Masala. Now, cover the paneer cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Oven / Grill - Skewer the marinated paneer and veggies alternately on skewers or tooth pick. Preheat grill and lightly brush oil or butter on the veggies and paneer. Cook them in the grill at 250° C for about 5 minutes per side until it turns golden brown or slightly charred. Serve with lemon wedges and Mint/Pudina Dip.
Pan Roasted –
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick flat pan. Place the threaded paneer tikka with the skewers on the pan.
2. Gently rotate the skewers when one side is crisp and golden brown. Continue till all sides are done.
Serve with Nimkish Mint/Pudina Dip.
Note – Use more oil if required, while cooking.
